We are located in the Southbay, near the City of Manhattan Beach, right off the 405 and 10 minutes south of LAX making drop off and pick up a breeze.
We also offer a shuttle service making your out-of-town travel hassle free (24-hour pick-up and drop-off by appointment).
Our trainers offer private customized in-home training sessions in the Los Angeles County including Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, Hollywood and beach communities such as Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes. It also offers its services to various parts of Orange County.
